Pharmora Rider respects your right to control your personal information. We provide riders with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated data. How to Request Data Deletion You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by:

  • 1. In-App Request - Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account (when available).
  • 2. Email Request - Send an email to support@getpharmora.com with the subject line “Delete My Rider Account”.

What Happens When You Request Deletion?

  • Your order history and transaction details will be anonymized and stored for analytical purposes.
  • Your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer be able to access your account or use our services.

Retention Exceptions

In some cases, we may retain limited information for:

  • Legal, tax, or regulatory obligations
  • Fraud prevention and security purposes
  • Resolving disputes and enforcing our Terms of Service

Once these obligations expire, the retained data will also be deleted.
